GR2 Engineering is established by a team of executives bringing a cumulative 150 years of global experience in project execution, process technologies, engineering, and design developed working for major international companies: KBR, Jacobs, Fluor, CH2M Hill, Parsons, Black & Veatch, Chiyoda for major IOCs, NOCs and Independents, among them ExxonMobil, Qatar Petroleum, ADNOC, Petronas, CNPC (PetroChina), SINOPEC, Shell, Cheniere, Energy Transfer, Kinder Morgan. As well as technology companies such as Honeywell, Emerson, ABB, Yokogawa, and others.

Romolo is a senior energy executive with more than 32 years of experience in establishing and managing EPC operations for capital projects. Romolo successfully managed Parsons re-entry to oil and gas projects prior joining Chiyoda as Senior VP in charge of U.S. operations. In this role he led the efforts to establish firm’s USA operations supporting execution of large LNG and Petrochemical projects in the Americas. Romolo received his B.S. from Tennessee Tech and his MSc. In Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and Executive Education from Rice University.

Alper has over 20 years’ engineering and business development experience in energy and hydrocarbons. Alper gained his engineering experience at KBR through various EPC projects. Later he continued his career as a process technical specialist at KBR before joining to business team at UOP. Prior joining to GR2, he was responsible for EPC business and strategy for Chiyoda Americas. Alper has B.S in Chemical Engineering from METU Ankara, MBA from UST, and Executive Education from Rice University.

VP Engineering

Pamir has more than 25 years of experience in midstream and downstream EPC projects. Pamir successfully executed various projects for Dow, BASF, Eastman, BP, Exxon, Blue Racer, Enterprise, Lone Star, Marathon and Phillips 66 working with Worley, Bechtel, Audubon, HED and S&B. Prior joining to GR2, he was the Lead Process Engineer at S&B for P66 Sweeney Project. Pamir has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Polymer Science from METU Ankara, and M.B.A. in Environmental Management from University of Houston.

David Branch has more than 30 years of energy industry experience with a focus on EPC and operations management. David started his career at Haliburton before moving into midstream projects. He co-founded multiple midstream companies developing surface processing and subsurface storage assets. David has executed several EPC pipelines, gathering and compression, storage and loading terminal projects. He has been providing senior consulting services to various major midstream energy companies. David has a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston

Norman has more than 40 years of EPC projects experience in LNG, pipelines, refineries, and petrochemical plants. Norm gained his experience working for major EPC contractors in the US including KBR, Foster Wheeler, and Linde. Norm has hands-on experience in project execution, engineering, operations, maintenance, construction, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting. Norm has an MSc. In Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and he is a registered Texas Professional Engineer.

His experience include design centers and construction sites in India, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, and USA providing design and Engineering support and Construction management. Experienced in Piping engineering leadership positions, delivering top class engineering for Plant Design - OIL & GAS (onshore & offshore) facilities using advanced 3D plant design systems like PDMS, PDS and Smart plant products.

Mahesh has over 25 years of IT engineering and Delivery experience in software project execution . Mahesh has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Global Programs in Healthcare Domain (100+ associates spread across multiple geographies). He has Spearheaded Digital Transformation/Innovation initiatives and has sound experience in Business Development, Pre Sales and leading large complex RFP’s. He is an astute organizer, motivator, leader, and team player with strong People Management skills. Mahesh has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.

His expertise encompasses both design centers and construction sites, providing exceptional design and engineering support as well as construction management. Specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Arturo has held leadership positions where he has successfully delivered top-class engineering solutions for plant design in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Minning and Power sectors. He is proficient in Engineering tools and Design platforms.
